Linggo ng umaga, maulan... I’m not feeling well, may konting lagnat, ubo at sipon. Nakakatamad bumangon. Naisip ko: Di ako lalabas ng kwarto. Walang gagawin. Mahihiga sa maghapon. Di mag-oopen ng PC. Di aalis ng bahay. Hahayaan kong maghanap sila sa akin..Di naman ako kawalan…oops self-pity? Hehe.. Pero sa isip ko lang iyon, because here I go again typing in front of the computer. 

Sometimes, waking up in a bad mood is but normal… Ang hindi normal ay ang manatiling 'down' sa buong maghapon. Somehow, we need a mental shift from negative to positive. Kailangang labanan ang ‘gloom’ or else ma-aattract pa lalo ang mga negative vibes. Ayon sa  isang unknown author     ‘To think negatively is like taking a weakening drug.’  Parang naka-drugs na nagpapahina. Kaya kailangang bumangon, kumilos, magpatuloy at sikaping maging positibo.

But then it doesn't mean we have to pretend that everything is okay. Gayung hindi naman talaga. We have to feel the emotion at one time or another and then somehow let it go. Bo Sanchez said it well. ‘Whenever you feel a negative emotion, BE ALONE in a room and just sit down with it and feel. ~ DON'T JUDGE IT, CRITICIZE IT, INTELLECTUALIZE IT, EXPLAIN IT AWAY. Allow yourself to feel the pain. It's okay... Accompany it - breathe into it - and after a while, you'll feel the anger or fear or sadness lose it's urgency and power. Allow God to tenderly embrace you in your pain. And then, at the right time, YOU CAN LET GO.

  1. kapag mabigat ang dibdib.. iiyak lang... maganda ung ilabas ang bigat ng dibdib... syempre mas maganda kung i-pray mo kay God...
